This year will be the tenth anniversary of Ciemmona the Intergalactic Critical Mass which happens in Rome every last friday in May.
They have organised a [1] and plans are in hand to have Cyclocamp happen there in the week before.
It is possible to camp at Ciclofficina Donchisciotte / eXSnia Via Prenestina, 173, Roma for free so apart from getting there it is very cheap they will also sort you out with a bike if you need one.
